About 600 examinees testing through the remainder of the year, mostly in FL and a few other states, will have their MCAT exams rescheduled due to a scheduling error allowing appointments that do not meet AAMC test station social distancing requirements.
This error has since been corrected. Email notifications have gone out for July 7 examinees and will be sent by COB July 1 for everyone else. We are working with examinees to reschedule them as close as possible to their canceled date.
If you didn’t receive a cancellation email, your exam will continue as scheduled. You can also check the MCAT Registration System to confirm the status of your appointment. https://apps.aamc.org/account/#/login?goto=https:%2F%2Fapps.aamc.org%2Fmrs
Social distancing has been required at all test centers since testing resumed on May 29. Please be sure to update your AMCAS application with the new exam date. We will be communicating with admissions officers about this issue.
