So sad that with all CU’s one of ten in ten .. they can’t put up a very functioning e-learning system .. I mean it’ll cost them about 50m and that small money for them
Partition lecture halls into three .. calculate the amount of lecture rooms in the school so you know the amount of partitioned rooms are needed. pad them effective lighting and setups .. pre record ..
Every week drop the video on a platform for people to download .. tell students to send voice notes and use another 30 minutes to answer them later on
That way the particular topic comes in parts 1 and part 2
Pay the staff their worth .. and a little extra with the non conventional approach
You can have dummy students in the class .. get personal to be in the class .. maybe a junior lecturer, that can pose and ask key questions students might ask (I mean if you’re a lecturer for over 5 years teaching a particular subject am you should know)
Communicate with them to have WhatsApp group chats and stuff so they can discuss amongst themselves
Adopt the American system of turning in term papers and stuff. And stress for the students to know they have to do a detailed research or term paper
