This is a traditional tribal headgear of Turkey, known an alvar.
This is a traditional Uzbek headgear, it is known as Tubeteika.
This is a traditional Azerbajiani headgear and is known as Kelaghayi.
This is a traditional Iranian headgear, known as the Chador.
And finally the traditional Kashmiri headgear, known as Taranga. Now if you take a deeper look at the design, you can clearly see how it’s similar to other Turkic cultures, from the cap, to the adornments on the cap and the scarf worn behind or on top of the cap.
Now onto food. What these cultures have in similar are some breads as well.
This is a Turkish bagel like bread called “simit”
This, is an Uzbek bread called “non” essentially a flatbread, it has similar looks to those of other Turkic cultures. It’s also called “simit”
This is an azerbaijani bread which is somewhat similar to the other Turkic breads.
Now finally, this is a Kashmiri bagel-like bread, called a cxochwor or a taelwod, it has the same characteristics as the simit and has sesame seeds sprinkled all over it as well, like other Turkic breads.
Onto water pipes (hookah)
This is a Turkish water pipe or hookah, in Turkey, it’s known as Nargile.
This is an Uzbek/Afghani hookah, known as Chillim.
And finally the Kashmiri version, known as Jajeer, the structure again is very similar to those used in the Turkic region.
Iranian culture is Persian, not Turkic, sorry for the mistake.
