There's a teeny little design flaw in Google's email.
It lets you change the text.

I have just sent the email with a few minor amendments.

The heading now reads:
"Please don't allow a foreign corporation to exert sinister pressure on the UK Government "

You know what to do. https://twitter.com/GoogleUK/status/1273556835421880320
O dear. Flaw number 2. Apparently you can send as many emails as you have email addresses. The text of my second has been slightly amended now to read:

I have noted via social media today that Google have attempted to persuade people to contact you via email -
- to make unsupported demands about 'trans rights'.

I am just writing to point out that there are very many women like me who support what the Government is doing.
I am also pointing out how easy it is to manipulate these kind of things as this is now my second email.

I hope you will treat this attempt to exert pressure with the contempt it deserves.
I have five different email address.
Am off to create another five.

You know what to do.
Flaw the third. You can report this campaign.

I have.

I said

The information contained in the suggested template email is inaccurate and inflammatory.
It is encouraging a false account to be put before the UK Government.
I object.

Then I went through it line by line.

You don't actually need to change your email address!
My trusty old gmail is doing just fine.
You can follow @SVPhillimore.
