JUNK TERROR BILL IN THE PHILIPPINES

The "Anti-Terror Bill" is supposed to stop terrorist attacks in the Philippines. But what it's actually doing is violating basic human rights of Filipinos. It gives the government complete power and the right to arrest people only because they feel like they might be suspicious.
Here's what I mean by that. These are things that can make them arrest a person and the possible consequences that person can face:
So simple things like meeting friends, donating or retweeting tweets can be seen as a reason to go after people.
Here's a list of basic rights that this "Anti-Terrorism Bill" is violating.
It literally takes away the freedom of speech and there's only 9 days left to stop it.
An important way of protest is E-mail protests.
