I’m pretty supportive I would say but something has been bothering me which I would like to share now. About two weeks ago we all received a very similar DM about a little girl who was a cancer patient. Of course after hearing the story I shared the post. I did find it odd
There wasn’t a go fund me page set up but instead a cashapp with the name to send to. I personally do not have cashapp so I did not feel comfortable setting that up and donating. I believe a day or two goes by and I go to click her page and suddenly she’s unfollowing me.
I start talking to others in the community and they say they all got the exact same message when she hadn’t even been previously following or interacting with. I truly hope this is actually to help her cousin but I am interested in others who had been involved in this.
