[PEN & PAPER INCIDENT- SHIA NARRATIVE ANNIHILATED]

In this thread,I'm annihilating the Shi'i distortion of Sunni ahadith regarding Pen & Paper incident, Insha'Allah. They dont narrate it in their own books yet distort it !

Shias often allege that Umar(R.A) stopped Prophet(ﷺ) from writing the will. Nothing is farther from the truth. Umar(R.A) was concerned so much about the Prophet's health. The translation is wrong as well. "وَجَعُهُ" translates to PAIN. Not any "ailment". PAIN INTENSIFIED

This is narrated more honestly in another translation and Umar(R.A) himself recognises that and says to the sahaba.

So what exactly does shias have a problem with?That Umar(R.A) was highly worried that Prophet's health may deteriorate dangerously?(is that a praise or what?)

The next shia allegation: "Omar slandered the Rasool by saying Qur'an is sufficient!"

Nothing is farther from truth!

The words of ‘Umar, “the Book of Allah is sufficient for us”, were not addressed to the Prophet , for ‘Umar was too respectful to have done that. Rather,

these words were addressed to those who objected to him not bringing writing materials.
Imam Nawawi:
"The words of ‘Umar,“the Book of Allah is sufficient for us”,were answering back those who disagreed with him;it was not a counter-argument to the instruction of the Prophet"

Why did Umar(R.A) decide it was better to not give materials for writing the documents?

Answer: His compassion for the Rasool(s.a.w). He himself couldnt bear to see what Rasoolullah was going through. How could he put him in even more difficulty?

(7) Especially at a situation when Prophet(ﷺ)'s pain worsened and became more & more serious? Even I cant stop crying. Yet the shia'h focus only on the Will! & Who gets power!

The next shia allegation. "The Prophetic Will was to appoint Ali as his successor" !

More dishonesty & distortions! Here's what Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyya(رَحِمَهُ ٱللّٰ), The Bane of Rafidism has to say about this:

Also shias, by alleging that the Prophet(ﷺ) agreed with Umar in not conveying/writing down the so-called "Wilayah" of Ali, accuses the Prophet(ﷺ) of hiding the Message of The Lord, which is tantamount to kufr akbar! Here's what Ibn Taymiyya(رَحِمَهُ ٱللّٰ) said about this:

The next shia claim:

Sahaba accused the Prophet(ﷺ) of being "delirious", insulting the Prophet!
This is nonsense. "Delirious" implies a state of hallucination. None of the sahaba said so. Rather, they wondered he is in a state of unconsciousness.(أَهَجَرَ اسْتَفْهِمُوهُ)

Again this perfectly aligns with the apparent context. It was a day when Prophet(ﷺ)'s pain intensified seriously like never before! Its only honest to see that Prophet(ﷺ) was in a state of half-consciousness. Prophets can have mortal diseases/health-defects in Islam

The next claim: "The Prophet(ﷺ) wanted to appoint Ali as his successor, so Umar stopped him!"

This is false. Ibn Abbas(رضي الله عنه) clearly says what exactly the Prophet(ﷺ) willed in the saheeh hadith. He willed 3 things, one of which he forgot later on.

1)Turn out the polytheists from the territory of Arabia - (finished by Abu Bakr(R.A) , Masha'Allah)

2)show hospitality to the (foreign) delegations as I used to show them hospitality [ The first 3 caliphs were famous for this]

What was the last one?

The last words Ali(R.A) himself heard from the Prophet was to hold onto prayer and treat slaves kindly,fearing Allah(azzawajal)! Not any "Welooyeh"! Is there any more proof needed for any honest man?

Its only sane to assume that this was the 3rd thing forgotten by Ibn Abbas

Ibn Abbas(R.A) narrated this hadith after many years after the death of the Prophet(ﷺ). After such a long time, he forgot the 3rd thing.

Ibn Abbas gave bay'ah to Abubakr, Umar & Uthman
After many years of the incident he forgot the 3rd thing stated by Rasoolullaah(ﷺ)

If Rasoolullaah's will was Wilayat of Ali, Ibn Abbas never would have given bay'ah to the 1st 3 nor have a high opinion of them. Instead we see Ibn Abbas cooperating & helping them closely and giving counsel.The 3 caliphs,especially Umar(R.A) had a very high opinion of him

After all this, the raafida slander Ibn Abbas of cowardice! just like they slander Ali, Hasan, Husayn, etc.

Look at who all the raafida slandered just to distort Sunni ahadith into a manner that suits their interpretation! They slandered the Prophet(ﷺ), his sahaba &

Also, this hadith isnt even found in their collections, yet they believe Sunni ahadith so much! Maybe they should join Ahlussunna then. Else, the raafida should stick to the interpretation of Ahlussunna, rather than giving their own "spin"

This thread is the annihilatory refutation of the Raafida distortion of Pen & Paper hadith.

@bu_noor89 & @EbnHussein1424 take note. I havent seen a very decisive refutation of "Pen & Paper" hadith in your websites or YT channel yet.
