I never really ask for shoutouts or retweets but I think this subject is really important and I’d be grateful if that people in the betting community and racing community could get involved to try and put a very quick stop to these influencers promoting get rich tipping sites..
Over the last few weeks I’ve seen a huge rise in incredibly dodgy telegram/tipping sites paying influencers to promote their stuff and it’s so so bad.

These love island/geordie shore people have between 100k-1m followers and their main demographic is 20-30year old men
Now these influencers will promote anything, they’ve already been banned from promoting slimming tablets/medicine but they’ll promote food, perfume, protein drinks, anything but now they’ve seemed to have gotten into gambling and betting.
This is SO SO DANGEROUS.

The kind of things they’re promoting is horrendous, I’ve seen one influencer with 200k followers give a guide of his house & his Porsche and he claimed that following this telegram site paid for it all in 6 months

This is disgusting.
Even worse, @ScottGShore has been promoting some horrendous sites just for a quick buck

Like all influencers, it’s highly unlikely they’ve tried any of their products or services they’re promoting they just do it for money
We’re suppose to be on this brilliant roll of looking out for each other’s mental health and yet these influencers/reality stars are FAKING that they’ve won loads and loads of money from following these sites.
What’s even worse, is that one of the advertising videos I saw was claiming that this telegram page get info straight from jockeys and trainers and that they had a 5/1 certainty for today and to join up now, it was £40 to join. It’s disgraceful.
The racing community is superb, and despite a lot of bickering, everybody wants the same thing, for this sport to be as good as it can and for us to bet on it safely, in the hope to win some money! We all know we can’t win all the time but these sites promote that.
They’re targetting 20-25yr olds who mainly don’t know much about racing/betting and they’re giving them false hope that it’s easy to win a lot of money quickly. Showing fancy cars to “prove” this when it’s total bullshit.
I don’t know what needs to happen exactly but it definitely needs to be stopped. Whether gambling regulations get involved or whatever but something needs to happen.
Here’s some examples, @ScottGShore to his 2.8m Instagram followers and 1.5m twitter followers.

The site charges £10 for 3 days, £40 for a month and the BANKER lost as well
