2/ My firm & nonprofit @Liberty_Ctr filed a dozen lawsuits to open up the state to socially distanced & safe prayer, permitted outdoor protest, safe opening of businesses, hair salons, restaurants, hotels, & to allow people to go to the beach. We forced many policy changes.../

3/ but some counties such as Santa Clara have held out, preferring hysteria and lockdown to risk assessment and balance. The higher “infection rates” are largely due to more testing of young and healthy people with little to no symptoms. The hospitals were never overwhelmed .../

4/ the ICU beds were never full, & the majority of deaths were in state-regulated nursing homes & deaths of so many businesses and dreams. My small band of warriors has fought around the clock since this lockdown began, but it’s time for people to demand political change./

5/ You know that county health officer who holds the life and death of your business, the education of your children, the existence of your job, whether you can pay your mortgage? That unelected bureacrat owes her job to county supervisors, who you elect— if you bother to vote./

6/ Guess what, this won’t be the last health crisis to face America, but we are botching it. Governors are sentencing seniors to die & banning travel, prayer, protest, school, your business, future, dreams. And we are letting them. It’s time to stop this misery & open up safely.
