1) What actually are the points made in favor of the person you are in support of? Hunger, passion, in pursuit of dream job. Last point wasn’t even a point for Cox, just criticism of Huntsman.

2) Let’s assume the analogy is actually solid. Is this best practice in startup hiring? Tech hiring?
