A 13 year old girl from the tribal dominated Sundargarh district in Odisha, one fine day decided to go and visit a nearby fair in the Biramitrapur area on March 25th.

Owing to the sudden lockdown which was announced the fair got cancelled and the little girl was left stranded

in the area, wanting to go home but having no reasonable means to do so.

The barely teenage girl was roaming around the bus stop trying to find a transport to go home, when she was spotted by a patrolling police vehicle.

She was brought to the Biramitrapur Police Station by the patrolling cops, that one place where you are supposed to be kept secure.

And in that same place she was raped by the very Inspector Incharge of the police station.... Anand Chandra Majh

A 13 year girl, lost and scared....taken to the safety of a Police Station and raped by the Cop incharge...... Let that sink in a bit.

The next day she morning, she was dropped back home by the Cops.

But her ordeal did not end there.

Since that day she was repeatedly summoned to the Police Station and raped again and again by these beasts in Khakhi who proclaim to protect us.

No, it doesn't end here either.

The girl got pregnant and then the Cops along with her own step father conducted an abortion on her at a local community clinic.

A child protection officer who came to know about this dastardly crime launched a complaint against the Police Officers, the Doctor who conducted the abortion, the stepfather of the girl and two others

The Inspector Incharge has been suspended pending enquiry..... As usual.

It took me two hours to find only NDTV and Hindustan Times giving a detailed report of this horrible crime which should have been the National Headline right now. It wasn't even their front page news.

But you know..... It's a 13 year old tribal girl from a poor family, in an obscure little village of Odisha.....SO WHO THE FAK CARES?? Right?

Bet this news never makes it to the headlines.
