The book is not available in all countries at those times. It will be available from Oxford in India and Pakistan in late October.

I was notified today that the book will be available as and audio book as well, but I don't know when that will be the case.
I would be glad for the book to be translated into any language, especially Pashto and Dari/Persian, but also French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, or Arabic. If you are interested translating it or any other of my works, Please send me a DM on Twitter.

The book will be available from http://Amazon.com from August 3 at http://shorturl.at/ak126 . It may not be possible to deliver physical copies to all countries.
