These hustle-porn guys that brag about being a millionaire in their bio, and claim they own multiple successful businesses, all while trying to sell you some get-rich-quick course are so phony.

Here’s their formula:

1. Brag about their income (unverifiable), show off flashy cars, etc.
2. Don’t mention the cost of the assets needed to generate their income.
3. Don’t mention risk associated w/ these investments.
4. Don’t mention the operating expenses of rentals units.

Also, YOU CAN’T BUY INCOME. Any revenue stream an asset provides is factored into the sale price, or is commensurate to the level of risk you took on, or it’s simply the interest from delaying consumption. There’s no free lunch.

Any wealth you generate comes from one of the following or some combination:

1. Specializing in a trade, and selling your labor (doctor, lawyer, etc.).
2. Starting and growing a business by meeting customer desires.
3. Successful speculation on some investment.
