I'm giving this example at the request of someone who wishes to remain anon. If someone cannot have their mouth covered because it triggers PTSD caused by a violent rape, that's a disability for which we must provide reasonable modifications

Again, and I cannot emphasize this enough, the ONLY appropriate response to that disability is to provide a reasonable modification to mandatory masking – for example, offering a face shield.

Other disabilities include people with sensory stuff. My friend @EricMGarcia talks here about difficulty wearing a mask, although he's able to. Many are not.
