And checking with my mother-in-law who post marked her ballot a week ahead of June 23, she has also received the same message. We all voted @Booker4KY

Mr. Secretary @KYSecState would you be able to provide any additional information in regards to what is happening in Fayette County or possibly the state website? I'm concerned that my vote will not count.
