And checking with my mother-in-law who post marked her ballot a week ahead of June 23, she has also received the same message. We all voted @Booker4KY

Mr. Secretary @KYSecState would you be able to provide any additional information in regards to what is happening in Fayette County or possibly the state website? I& #39;m concerned that my vote will not count.
