We've been getting a lot of questions whether it's better to buy beer directly from our brewery or from other stores around town.

Firstly, thank you so much for caring enough to ask. Secondly, it's a little complicated. (Thread)
We make more profit per unit by selling directly to customers from our taproom. This is because we don't incur the costs of delivery, and we get to keep the typical retailer markup for ourselves.
However, the bulk of our business is selling to retailers. It's really what our brewery is built to do. By buying from a retailer you're supporting our employees AND the retailer's employees. We make a little less, but we're still making something.
What we're trying to offer more of through our taproom are small-batch, exclusive releases. We want to give y'all exciting reasons to keep getting beer-to-go that you can't get anywhere else (we have a 𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘳 lineup coming up).
Ultimately, everything helps right now. We encourage you to do whatever feels the safest and is the most convenient. Just please support the businesses you want to survive, because that's the only way it'll happen.

Thank y'all for getting us this far! (/Thread)
