1. Building a biz through your passion is possible...

2. Always try to add a unique angle to what you do
You will always have tons of competition within that niche
You just have to differentiate (your USP), to stand out & be more appealing

3. Ride the high's and lows'
There will be days you make ZERO dolars
And days you make $800 while eating steak with your wife
You didn't "make it," and you didn't fail....

4. Have a personality
Especially applicable if you're building an email list
Your unique personality (ramp it up a bit), will develop a strong customer base & make you stand out

I.E. There are many great pastors giving amazing knowledge (for their crowd).
However, nobody cares to listen.
Why?
They don't give that knowledge in an engaging way...
