Thread: The time is now Houston. We can no longer stay silent or neutral. Bishop Desmond Tutu stated, "If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor."

In the midst of a global pandemic, we have seen GOP national and state leaders completely abdicate their roles as leaders. They willfully continue to choose the wrong side of social and equity justice. Hollow words ring from their mouths, w/zero action to follow. This must stop.

In Texas, the State House Democrats are 9 seats away from gaining the majority. We have competitive seats right here in Houston. Some we have to keep and others are flippable. Below in this thread are campaigns you can donate to and volunteer for. Check them out and get involved.
