WKU's offense went from ghastly to below average last year, thanks primarily to a safe, quick passing attack. QB Ty Storey and two efficient WRs are gone. Really curious about what Maryland transfer Tyrrell Pigrome could do there if healthy.
WKU's defensive improvement in '19 was a stunner: they went from 93rd to 31st in def SP+. And the best part is, DC Clayton White gets almost literally everyone back. The secondary is deep and particularly nasty. So is the pass rush.
An iffy O is projected to regress, and an excellent D is projected to improve further. WKU's your C-USA favorite over UAB, another team of extremes.
