1.) chips and salsa!
okay, I know this is kind of basic, but 1 serving of tortilla chips is only ~100 cals depending on the type, and salsa is 5-25 cals depending on the brand. there is so much variety with this + you can bring it as an appetizer if youâre going somewhere!

2.) smart pocket sandwich
smart pockets are only 80 cals and is basically two slices of bread! i love to put spinach (10cal) and turkey (50cal) in mine with some sort of low cal dressing and it is SO YUMMY AND NUTRITIOUS! not to mention the bread and turkey are really filling!

3.) Caprese Salad
tomatoes (20cal) and mozzarella (100cal for 35g) are a classic Mediterranean snack, and personally I feel like mozzarella is super filling. most people also make this with basil and balsamic vinegar, and itâs perfect if you want something low cal + low cost!

5.) homemade granola
store bought granola can be upwards of 500 cal a serving, so if you can, make your own! I have made this recipe before and loved it, plus one serving is only 72 CALS !!! This is great as a snack or over milk as a cereal! https://www.powerhungry.com/2017/10/the-72-calorie-granola/

this is great if your family/friends are ordering take out and you need to pick something, and they also are easy to make! Most vegetable spring rolls are only about 85 calories depending on the filling!

another great option if you are getting take out or going out to eat! most avocado rolls are only about 150cal for 6 pieces, and the healthy fats in avocado will help you fill up faster! other low cal sushi is tuna rolls + cucumber rolls!
