. @socfuture has set out this vision well as people being able to:

Live in the place we call home with the people and things that we love, in communities where we look out for one another, doing the things that matter to us

2/6
It would be repaid by:

1. creating support which which would all be content to receive as and when we need it- as this support would enable us to live our lives to the full

3/6
2. increasing employment at a modest financial cost relative to other capacity building - even while substantially increasing keyworker wages.

A part of which would be paid back in taxes and avoided welfare bill.

4/6
3. reducing the risks to life which living in large care institutions has demonstrated

4. increasing gender equality by boosting the work conditions for a workforce which is overwhelmingly made up of women

5/6
5. More than anything providing hope and assurance to all of us who rely on social care for our own lives or those of people who we love.

Or may do so.

Now or in the future.

And that's pretty much all of us!
