I spent 35 minutes scrolling back so you didn’t have to. The above tweet is the earliest reference to a 200% increase in suicide.

He’s pulled a figure out of his arse, and loads of people have gone “yeah, that sounds true” it’s been retweeted thousands of times.

And because of the cut and paste nature of the tweet it doesn’t matter if he deletes his, that’s out there now, pretending it’s a fact.

And it’ll carry on spreading whilst the truth might get half a dozen likes and maybe a retweet if you’re lucky.
