Is it so incredibly hard for Donald Trump's advisors to explain this to him correctly, or do they not understand it?

Here's an e.g. via @Ggoblue in Macomb, Mich. Everyone who has lived at his address for last 20 yrs. received a ballot.

#Resistance has proven they're willing to break any law to #Resist. It is dangerously stupid to pretend as if there will not be mass voter fraud this election.

And that is the intend, to commit fraud. There's no other explanation for:

1. "Everyone" getting a ballot, no matter their voting status, CoA flags, or whether they're dead.

2. Removing verification procedures, such as sig. match/ID.

3. Coupling it all with ballot harvesting.

But Donald Trump makes it harder for people like me to tell the real story because he doesn't explain the issue correctly.

Then, everyone focuses on him being wrong and they use it to bullshit everyone.

Vote-by-mail ALONE is not the issue, though it is fraud-prone, as well.

In sum, the real issue with vote-by-mail efforts this year is that 1) everyone is getting a ballot regardless of whether they're eligible, 2) verification procedures are being removed and 3) bans against harvesting are being suspended so they may harvest CoAs, inactive, dead, etc

Media want everyone to believe only those "registered" are getting ballots.

But just B/C CoA flags, deceased, and other inactives are "registered", it doesn't make them "eligible".

That's why we have 1) request-only 2) ID 3) signature match laws, etc. in vote-by-mail states.

Lastly, I will defend Donald Trump on this claim:

Of course there will be at least some percentage of people residing in the U.S. illegally who will get a ballot b/c verification procedures are being suspended.

Motor voter is the top cat for these registrations. Second is GOTV.
