hm, it so happens that today (6/29/2020) marks 'national family day' (just found out its existence a few minutes ago). having a family, if taken on the positive side, well.. the atmosphere tends to be... livelier—compared to living alone 🙂
quoting some lines from an awesome finding i found in the library;

"Traditionally, parents have been almost solely responsible for the development of the child in his critical early years—the period when important steps in physical development are taken..."
"... and the bases for future emotional health and mental development are established. However, the family has become a declining influence in the promotion of mental health and development. Although its members may live under the same roof, ..."
"... today's family is becoming dispersed—its members drawn out of the home by little league, scouts, teen-age clubs, cars belonging to youth, job opportunities for the wife, and demands on time of the father."
w8 i was going to tell a story of mine in this thread, but i got carried away by a twitter trend. apparently, it's got something to do with my hometown..

anyway, i don't think 'exposing' past experience to public platforms like this is a good idea.. welp, thank YOU distraction!
