Hi @delluk/ @dellcares. My order for an #xps laptop has been unilaterally cancelled by you. The only answer I got is to place it again, but the coupon I was using is not valid anymore. Are you willing to offer any solution or is this just plain #fraud on your end?
So I guess @DellUK/ @DellCares think it is OK to cancel an order with a 20% discount encouraging you to order again when the promo does not apply anymore. #DellDoesntCare #xps #fraud
A quick chronology #DellDoesntCare:
- June 18th, order placed (and acknowledged by @DellUK ). Coupon code valid until June 19th.
- June 25th, order cancelled via email by @DellUK without further explanation.
- Later June 25th, phone call to @DellUK customer service (continues)
- On the call, @DellUK encourages me to order again, but I explain I can no longer use the discount. I'm told I'll be contacted within 48h to help me place my order under same conditions.
- June 29th morning. Having not being contacted, I call #DellDoesntCare again. (cont.)
- June 29th. After several calls, I am told they cannot place the order for me under same conditions and ask me to order online again. Explaining the whole situation again to no avail. I ask to speak with someone at @DellUK who can take responsibility for this or explain (cont.)
- Last thing @DellUK says in the call is that a supervisor will call me before end of day (hasn't happened).
- At 10h, I post the first tweet on this thread.
- At 13h, I post the second tweet. While I am posting, I get a response by @DellCares asking details over DM (cont.)
