ok so i told myself i’ll wake up early and do it but i woke up at 11am and ate breakfast at 1pm. i’ll try workout in the evening or before bed

anyways, i lied. i’m not working out today
i was very tired today and full throughout. i could work out now. but i just ate ugali, chicken and like 6 cinnamon rolls. i want to go sleep. we will try again tomorrow

so no, i’m not working out today oops :(
