look man. soldiers are supposed to nonpartisan and that’s a very important norm. but those lines are getting harder in the last few years. is it partisan to point out that a politician is lying, objectively?

is it partisan to be furious that our government knew Russia paid bounties on our dead brothers and sisters and did nothing? is it partisan to recognize police brutality and stand up for our Black coworkers? these aren’t things we should have to be quiet about, and I am tired.

it truly feels like being “nonpartisan” — or what partisan politics has warped into — on issues like these is to ignore basic truth. and I do not like that we’re in that position, at all.
