Whenever I feel mental resistance, I say: "my brain is messing with me."

It's true. Your brain will sabotage you in order to protect you from imaginary or real danger... Which is everything outside of your comfort zone.
Fear, doubt, lack of motivation, negative thoughts & emotions, excuses, lack of focus...

That's how your brain stops you from taking that next step forward.

So when I say: "my brain is messing with me right now."

It helps me to detach myself from the thoughts & emotions.
I remember that this how my mind is programmed to sabotage my behavior.

And by detaching yourself from something, it is easier to observe it.

The more you observe without reacting, the more power you have.

With awareness, you have control, you can make a decision.
You can choose to let your brain sabotage your next action...

Or you can decide to take the action anyway, while keeping in mind that your mental state will change after you'll move.

Motion creates emotion.

🔹Detach yourself, observe, decide.
