@airtelindia my SIM got disabled all of a sudden. No physical damage. I live in Chennai and have an annual plan active in my number. Upon checking forums this is being done by you guys. Can you please get my number working. I feel this isn't the way you treat your annual customer

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I feel you guys are disabling numbers on purpose to let customers come to your store and pay Rs. 25 to get new sim. I want my old sim enabled. Reach me via a private message. This is atrocity during a lockdown to disable SIM card.

Am an engineer myself and the message upon ringing the number says, it's busy. How is this possible? Do the needful. @TRAI please read this thread.
