I can't sleep very well. My heart is heavy and my mind is so busy. I want to radically change the world to be a better place, but it feels like everything is on fire. Race, Gender, Orientation, Industry, Health, Economics...
I focus my time an energy in one area but the needle only moves a marginal amount. It's frustrating to make so little progress. What's the right approach?

Do I work on me, so I can be in a better position to help others later? Or take the tiny immediate actions now?
Between championing justice for others and trying so hard just to survive myself, I feel a little demoralized.

Not sure I had a purpose to this thread. Just venting to the ether.

This article helped a little if you relate at all: https://www.wellandgood.com/good-advice/social-justice-burnout/
