'The Hindu' quoting 'Our Desathinte Katha" Sugathan,(1971) an 'event' happened in 1802.
though, there is no mention of such incidence in state records

Mulakaram and Tulakaran were tax for attaining working age (NOT Breast TAX)

The only mention in antiquity of a breast chopped off was for not paying TAX (published in 1937)
