"Construction of Temple"
Govt of Pak has decided to build a temple for Hindus in Islamabad, for which it has granted 100 million PKR. Is it right or wrong?

IMO, Islam has given rights to minorities living under an Islamic Govt. These mainly include the protection of their lives, possessions, etc.
Islam has also given them complete freedom for religious practices. Islamic Govt. is also bound to protect their worshipping places.
Now, Building a Temple is an entirely different thing, and an Islamic Govt. is not allowed to build worshipping places of other religions. Because it literally goes against the very basics of Islam which is " La illaha illallah ". It directly promotes Shirk.
How can an Islamic Govt do this? If we look a little bit at our history, Muslims didn't build new worshipping places even when non-muslims (from different religions) were a majority under Muslim rule.
During the conquest of previously non-muslim cities, Muslims only preserved worshipping places of non-muslims which were damaged during the conquest. So, in short, an Islamic Govt. wouldn't construct a temple!
On the other hand, a secular and Democratic Govt. would build worshipping places for any religion, and it is in accordance with the laws of secularism and democracy.
Pakistan is officially a "Democratic" country, so building a temple would be right thanks to democracy.
But this would also put a question mark on the proclamation of " Riyasat -e- Madina ".
In this specific regard, some of "Social Media Scholars" are finding a great opportunity to pose cool by using a well-known technique of "Mixing up" things.
For example, they would say "Islam teaches us about the religious freedom of minorities", but they would never talk about in which terms? To which extent? Because they have no knowledge regarding it at all.
Some of them would come up with statements of Quaid-e-Azam like " You are allowed to practice any religion, It has nothing to do with state affairs", but did he say Govt would build you temples?
When he was asked about ' What type of laws would be followed in Pakistan? ', He told, " Simply, Laws of Islam ". So don't intermix the things to get a cool output!
