I love a good theatrical forest set (in parts) and the subject should have appealed to me but sorry to say that it all felt so choppy, unfocused and way too broad in its performances. Shame.

I had heard that around the time of the film’s release that it had been compromised in a fight between its director and the Weinsteins.
