as we all know, not having the nutrients u need will cause ur body to fall apart, a part of this side effect of our illness is hair loss. hair literally falling out in clumps no matter our age. ive put together hair care that made me go from balding to shinning. lets get into it,
let's talk about basic hair tips and everyday things.
washing ur hair everyday is NOT healthy for ur scalp, it strips it of the natural oils the follicles need to grow and be healthy. washing 2-3 times a week is best, if ur hair gets super oily its because its so used to making-

up for the stripping of the needed oils, it should fix itself in a month of washing 2-3 times a week! oils are good!!!
when you wash your hair DO NOT i repeat DO NOT rub it to dry it, this could cause your scalp damage and already damaged hair to fall out. just dab dry.

and do not wrap it in a turban rowell wrap thingie, that pulls at your hairline and causes premature hair loss and a receding hairline by pulling on it. again, just dab dry with the towel and then let air dry.
if you wear your hair up everyday, stressing malnourished hair and pulling it will only cause it to fall out faster, you can wear it up when you go out but beyond that is really risky!

this might sound gross but this hair mask literally saved me.
one egg and mix in a tablespoon of honey, its antibacterial, adds shine & promotes a healthy scalp moisture, leave on for 15-30 mins once a week and wash in the shower with shampoo!! it made my hair so much thicker too

hear me out, okay. pyrithione zinc promotes hair growth by removing dead skin cells and any buildup, allowing them to be replaced by healthier cells and healthier hair!
the shampoo i use that had this is the head and shoulders, and it's saved my scalp. it's also not too harsh.

after this i follow this up with a biotin and collagen conditioner, which literally infuse these much needed nutrients into hair for a fuller look, it has added so much length and life to my hair. i've never had a conditioner do this for me.
i leave my conditioner in while i wash my body and stuff, but i DONT wash it out with the water from the shower. instead, i do a long grain white rice water wash. i use 2 cup of rice and 4 cups of water? let it soak for up to 24 hours, strain it and just use the water.
this stuff is magic, it made my hair grow SO FAST. some say u shouldnt leave the rice water in ur hair but it adds so much volume to my hair it's amazing, it depends on ur hair type. i also use rice water as a spray 2 times a week. heres a good video on it
you guys have probably heard of minoxidil, it's an over the counter topical hair treatment you put on the crown of your head and message everywhere to regrow hair and prevents future loss. it's the #1 recommended hair treatment. these are some results.
now the minoxidil that i use and dermatologists recommendation the most is the 5% "men's" treatment, its for men or women suffering dramatic hair loss ur going to want/need a stronger solution! use morning & night. this can take up to 3 months to work but it's worth it
now let's talk about the vitamins that are essential for a healthy scalp that were deficient in from restricting.
starting at the (literal) root of the problem: your hair follicles. the hair follicle is a tissue, and cells need vitamin A in order to grow. without it ur hair follicle will die, the hair will fall out and it won't be able to grow hair from it anymore.
although it's hard to reverse the damage, you can prevent it and help your scalp grow new cells it needs, so taking a supplement if you're not getting enough vitamin A is crucial. but don't take more than 10,000iu or it'll have the opposite effect.
b vitamins are literally a lifesaver. biotin is a b vitamin that helps thinning hair grow back thicker, it's known as a miracle hair supplement and it deserves it. i take 2 gummies (10mcg). b12 is another essential one for promoting hair growth by producing needed red blood cells
studies showed that 34.5% experienced an increase in hair loss after taking vitamin E
