It kinda makes sense that online callouts seems to be how change is actually happening in a lot of our work spaces. Remember how most of us graduated from school directly into a recession?

And how of our jobs never existed before, and we’re all just making do with nontraditional employment because salaried positions with competitive rates and room for advancement were scarce beyond scarce?

And now a lot of us are working in industries made up of highly decentralized and ephemeral contract gigs with little institutional oversight and protections for us as workers?

We’re not Bad at Adulting or whatever. It’s just so many jobs are new and barely regulated. It’s the wild west out here constantly. We all need naps!!!
