I’ll preface this by saying that I went back and forth with myself on whether I was going to share my experience with @bso. I was afraid that it may jeopardize future opportunities and it’s sad that so many women are forced into silence because of this fear.

I began writing for BSO in May 2016 at the suggestion of a former writer who was a friend of mine. During training, your posts have to be approved by Rob before they are posted. One night, Rob stated that if I had more than a certain number of errors, I had to show him my boobs.

I disclosed this to my friend who immediately admonished him and we moved forward. Or so I thought. In Feb 2018, Rob suggested having sex with him at the Combine.

In addition to this, BSO writers are not paid, despite writing hundreds of articles. Writers pay for their own hotel, travel, per diem, etc while being addressed in a condescending tone in group chats for everyone to see.

Even after my time with BSO, Rob continued to discuss and lie on me to other writers in an attempt to tarnish my reputation.

After I left, Rob set out to see who my future credentials were through even though it was no longer his business. Once writers move on, especially if they leave on their own terms, the smear campaign starts - sometimes passively, and sometimes through downright lies.

From 2016-2018, I wrote over 800 stories and my name has been removed from them all.
