hi everyone. for some it may already be june 28th and we would just like to say something. i have just been informed on what as happened 51 years ago today in LGBTQIA+ history. on this day, 51 years ago the stone wall uprising began. this is an event that occurred(1)

after police had raided gay bars. (this was not the first but this specific one at the stonewall in caused riots). a six day protest then occurred which was the beginning of the gay rights movement. i am unsure if all of my information is correct, i am still trying to (2)

educate myself on what the event was but i thought i should tweet about it because this is more important and should be talked about today, not just a theory that us directioner/louies have come up with. if you have any links where i can better educate myself, please link them.
