okay i’m not sure if this is necessary but i’m going to explain it for everyone’s confusion regarding haechan’s younger sister and twin sister thing

people may come at me thinking i know everything but yeah these things are going around in the fandom since 2017 but not everyone knows it

first, to clear things up, haechan has a total of 3 siblings, 1 younger sister (00) and 2 younger brothers (02,07), there are no twins among them

the twin sister thing came up as a when he dressed up as a girl and he was teased as dongsook

there are fan accounts saying that haechan said he and his sister are fraternal twins and later on denied that he has a twin and only said he has a younger sister (so here comes everyone’s confusion)

this is only what i heard and i’m in no way saying that this is 100% accurate

if haechan has a twin, it’s biologically impossible to have their birthdays at two different dates and he never celebrates his birthday with his twin, it is said that they are in the same age and haechan is older by 3 months

from what i’ve heard, their parents remarried which explains that they are in the same age but they are not twins at all

so please don’t assume things and it actually doesn’t matter who are the original siblings and who are not (i know what will i just say will contrast my first statement) the younger sister is not one of the original siblings before the remarriage (probably half sister)

if this happens to be true, haechan can’t probably bring up these things by himself (and he doesn’t need too) because it’s too personal and this thread is just to clarify the thing about him having a twin sister
