Why I think Kobe Bryant is the most overrated basketball player ever: A Thread

Before you read: This is not disrespect, this is just my basketball opinion, Kobe is still one of the greatest players ever. RIP Kobe and Gigi
Adv stats: Adv stats aren't a do or die factor, but when they are considerably worse than people who are considered not as good, it needs to be noted.

Elimination games: Kobe Bryant in elimination games is not himself. His elimination game career high is 42, he only has one elim game over 34 pts. He's had some awful performances in these games, some of the worst coming in the finals.
Finals games: Kobe Bryant has shot under 41.5% in 5/7 trips to the finals. He's won 5, but keep in mind that he was favored to win all 7 times. His two finals that you could say we're spectacular were 02 and 09. But he's had 2 terrible performances in 2000 (injured) and 2004.
Kobe vs Shaq stats in finals wins.

2000:
Shaq: 38/17/2 on 61/0/39
Kobe: 16/4/4 on 37/20/90

2001:
Shaq: 33/16/5 on 57/0/59
Kobe: 25/8/6 on 41/34/84

2002:
Shaq: 36/12/4 on 59/0/66
Kobe: 27/5/5 on 51/55/80

While he wasn't carried, he was clearly not the best player on his team
Kobe is also not as clutch as some people think

final 24 seconds of playoff games on game tying or go-ahead shots from 2005-2013:

Kobe: 7-27 (25.9%)
more clutch stats:

Overall clutch stats for career

Kobe: 3.5 ppg on 39 FG% and 29 3pt%, 0.8 +/-

LeBron: 3.7 ppg on 46.8 FG% and 32.5 3pt%, 1.5 +/-

LeBron has also made more clutch shots on less attempts.
from 2005-2007 and 2011, 14-2016 he had little team success (he did tear his Achilles in 2013)

2005: Miss playoffs
2006: lost first round (blown 3-1 lead)
2007: lost first round
2011: lost 2nd round (choke vs DAL)
2014: miss playoffs
2015: miss playoffs
2016: miss playoffs
While most of those seasons can be excused due to injury and bad teammates, Kobe fans tend to use his ring winning seasons with no context, often not paying attention to his inability to carry a team like in those years. 2013- was bad, but that was likely due to his Achilles tear
why he's still an all-time great: Kobe is a top 5 scorer ever and was able to win 5 rings in the toughest era ever, which is amazing. He's an elite player on both sides and one of the best perimeter defenders in history. His 81 pt game in 2006 is legendary.
Conclusion: Kobe is 11th all-time in my opinion, but definitely not top 5, as many people put him. This is only my opinion and im not disrespecting him. RIP Kobe

Comment your thoughts, don't let this flop because I spent way too much fucking time making this shit. THANKS
