Just finished a 68 hour fast and it was amaaaaazing to break! To say the least.

1. Body went from craving sugars and excess carbs, to tasting the sweetness in green tea!!
2. Lower back pain has gone down to 1 out of 10(10 being the worst)
3. Waking up is way easier on day 4(the morning brain fog is almost non existent)
4. I have a new sense of energy and wanting to go to the gym!
5. My body feels like a new person! I think about food less, and when I do, I appreciate it more for what it is rather than wanting to stuff my face
