I am a disabled biracial black woman taking care of a mentally disabled sibling, my home was sold w/o my knowledge by a family member who had rights to, and did not care to tell us. Now we are at srs risk of homelessness. Pls help if you can or share 🙏🏽💕 http://gf.me/u/ycffqp
Mine and my brother's story is listed here but I also tweeted about this earlier. My father literally ran away from home as a sharecropper because he refused to be enslaved picking cotton for the rest of his life and wanted to make something of his own. Just for the legacy that..
he left behind, his hard work, his blood sweat and tears he put in to make sure his family would be safe when he was gone, has been sold. Leaving us, his kids, with nothing and fear of the streets. Life has been so hard this past year since my father has passed away and I've..
spoken many times about how much it means to me that my brother is taken care of and happy and even though this is a terrible situation I WILL NOT GIVE UP! Thank you for listening.
Today is me and my brother's last day at the house we've always lived in. I have a lot of thoughts... the biggest being that I can't imagine that this is what my father would have wanted. But also, finally not feeling immense guilt of letting him down. This is not my fault.
anyone who sees this, if you could rt this, i'd appreciate it so much. even if you already shared before, just rt again if you wouldn't mind. we had a successful first couple of days but the momentum kind of broke on this and i still need so much more help. thank you. 💕🥺
a daily reminder to please keep sharing this!! thank you!!!
