At this point, we must ask the following questions
1. Why would Rice lie, and try to gaslight us into believing this was being done 'by the book' - by saying it 3x.

The Strozk notes are pretty interesting, and they appear to be quite damning to many of the Coup Plotters.

More on this topic. Obama directed that 'the right people" investigate Gen. Flynn. @Comey responded by saying the Kislyak calls 'appear legit'. In other words @Comey didn't appear to approve of ongoing investigations of Flynn - Obama overruled.

It appears a small cabal cooked up the Logan act only 1-2 days before the famous Oval meeting. They knew they had nothing on Flynn, but they racked their brains trying to create a NEW predicate.

It also demonstrates that Rice attempted to throw @Comey under the bus after the fact. So now we are left wondering about Mr. Comey (and possibly Mr. Strozk). Recall that Strozk was a CIA guy - loaned over to McCabe for MYE and then CH/CR. Could he be a double-agent????!

Now back to the renovations of Trump Tower in Mid-2017, and Dawson's thread about bugs in the WH. Here are my 2 new theories. This may sound crazy, but it's possible.
Theory #1
Obama secretly installed bugs all over the WH after the election, to prepare to spy on Trump and his administration, to advance their efforts to sabotage his presidency and remove him from power. We witnessed this occur - 125 leaks in 126 days, #Russiagate...etc.

They were all set to go by at least Jan 5th, and perhaps someone flipped the switch early. If this occurred, there may be 'tapes' somewhere.

If this was the case, SOMEONE had to be double agents, or why would they be taking detailed notes or recording Obama's White House? Why would they want any evidence of their Clandestine plot?

We know Comey threw Hillary under the bus 2x between July and October 2016. The second time (Weiner Laptop) took several polling points off her support at a critical point in the campaign. We know the end result, it was close!

Democrats despised Comey - and only cozied up to him once it appeared he was against Trump. But his actions helped Trump win.
He also appeared to stand back as others (under McCabe) ran a plot on the Trump campaign. Was this all a sting? Were the bugs part of this?

This brings us to a 2nd Theory: Did Obama even know about the bugs - intended for Trump? Perhaps he did, but didn't realize he was the one being monitored prior to Jan 20th. Essentially the first scenario, but with the possibility that Obama and Biden were actual targets.
We know about everything that Obama & Biden did during their corrupt 8yrs. Is it possible Comey and possibly Yates knew also? Perhaps that is why Lynch was pretty much cut out of everything that happened the 2nd half of 2016. Is it possible Yates was also a white hat????
Or maybe Yates was part of the plot and Lynch is the White Hat? Very confusing. So much evidence points to many of them being double agents. Lynch had the tarmac meeting with Bubba, was that secretly recorded? Did they catch Hillary attempting to bribe her with a SCOTUS seat?
Why is Lynch so quiet publicly? Yates is chatty, Comey is chatty. Do you know who else is quiet publicly? STROZK. So if you were a Black Hat would you be Quiet(not tipping your hand) or Chatty(disinfo). Strozk's wife allegedly busted him on the texts. By design? Breadcrumbs?
Given that new information is opening up fresh possibilities - as intended. I think we need to start viewing this situation differently and throw pre-conceived notion out the window.
