Sorry but who is “we”? Are you referring to the capitalist class forcing people back to work because they refuse to give adequate financial support to stay sheltered at home or the workers? Is “we” disproportionate #’s of black, indigenous, and Latinx people dying or the people literally enforcing the raced and classed systems that lead to premature death? Is “we” the protestors marching against police violence or unmasked officers brutalizing communities?

Is “we” the incarcerated people watching helplessly as the virus run through their facilities or the governors literally refusing to depopulate prisons? Is “we” the billionaire owners and managers pushing to bring back sports or the families struggling to make rent each month?

Is “we” the elderly and disabled and chronically ill people literally being called upon by the right to be blood sacrifices for the the economy? Is “we” the scores and scores of laid off and furloughed workers being unsupported by the state?

“We” are absolutely not all in this together so let’s be painfully and carefully and explicitly clear who you’re talking about when you say “we.”
