we can read the article just as well as you wrote it. even if it’s not the PD, the result is still gonna be black & brown youth ending up in jail, or with a record, or with fines they can’t pay. saying it’s not the ‘police’ but code enforcement is really weak pls go read a book

you think you can call “code enforcement” and that’s it? that they won’t report to the PD youth they fake suspect of being in “”””gangs””” or doing drugs? please question why you would feel comfortable exposing black & brown youth to any kind of govt enforcement.
