This is basically too much lactic acid in the blood and too little oxygen. To put this simply. Most people nowadays are in glycolysis, which means carbs for energy. So there’s 3 waste products to glycolysis. Lactate, acetate, ethanol, and acetaldehyde.
The waste products from glycolysis build up because of liver dysfunction. The liver uses b vitamins to clean the waste products out of the blood. Due, to b vitamin deficiency. The waste products in the blood build up and it becomes acid, as in lactic acidosis.
Vaccinations, nutrient deficiencies, toxins, pathogens like mold can also cause a build up of waste products in the blood. But the main cause is excess glycolysis and b vitamin deficiency
When this happens the liver cannot clean the waste products out of the blood so it becomes acid. There’s also little oxygen in the body. So you know when your running and your legs start to hurt because of the acid buildup. Yea, keep that in mind
Yea so imagine if an acid blood with waste products goes in your brain. Your neurons are not gonna like that so they will retract and you get symptoms like anxiety. This happens everywhere in the body on a cellular level.
So when you have lactic acidosis your body is acid to an extent. This causes cell death and starvation. This leaves your body unable to heal itself and recover on a cellular level. If it goes on for decades you eventually get diabetes, cancer, heart attacks,etc
To reverse, it’s simple, stop glycolysis, get into ketosis. Eat liver, because liver is the only food that has alll 32 b vitamins. That way you stop the waste products from forming and the liver can clean up the blood. It’s that simple. It all goes back to good eating 😊
