My friend @SprinkleM0nster gifted me a Japanese snack box set. I'm curious what's inside.
Woah...
I... Kinda really love this...
It comes with a booklet of descriptions of each snack and Japanese history
I may have to pace myself... This is a LOT of snacks packed in here...
They're divided in categories of "seasons" so I might just take my time with it. Thanks again @SprinkleM0nster !
I'm gonna do a snack a day (which will be hard for me cause I tend to be very tempted to just pick at stuff) im gonna try Koikeya Minit Stick Potato: Suppa Mucho Plum flavor first!
Okay these are really good. I like how they're thin little fries and the ume (plum) flavor isn't strong at first, but as as it lays on your tongue it just kind of... Spikes with the very interesting sweet and salty taste
And I opened it wrong btw... XD
Snack time.
Going to try Mocchan Dango Mochi.
Sugar coated mochi gummy, very soft, very sugary (kind of overpoweringly sugary haha) The colors are subtly tasted differently, but I can't pinpoint the flavors. The red and green are my fav. Not bad.
there are about two in the box but... *cough*... I think I can only handle one right now ^^; it's SUPER coated in sugar crystals, heh
It's a bit early but I wanted a snack. Trying the Uni Rice Crackers. This was apparently a swapped snack because the Pear Biscuit wasn't available by the time this was sent out.
These are apparently soy flavored and are shaped like sea urchin sushi... But a whiff out of the bag they smell like waffles XD
Wow these are really good, they have close to no fishy taste and have a nice subtle salty flavoring and are nice and crisp. It's a nice bready cracker that I wish had more than six pieces in the tiny bag haha
