There might be others who have said this, but they haven’t been in my feed. As an introvert, there has been part of remote learning/working that has been good for me. I think I might have been made for blended learning. /1
As an introvert, I feel people’s to death by what the traditional school day is like, and by the time I get to my conference period, a good chunk of it is spent on just my recharging my battery instead of a furious attempt to do the administrative work of teaching. /2

Also, the sheer time constraints put on teachers with traditional scheduling along with the expectation to team plan, attend too many meetings, and spend hours meeting PD expectations beyond the work day. It’s insanity. /4
And one more thing... I miss face to face school, but am I a crappy teacher if I have relished this time out? NO, i don’t want this virus, but I needed this time out. /6
