Mine: MAPLE SYRUP. Commercial & #39;B-grade& #39; syrup the colour of road tar = infinitely better than Vermont Fancy from some backwoods artisan gink who names all his trees.

Addendum: Christ on a bun, I know that the letter ratings are not quality-indicative. However, I PROMISE you the following is true.
(a) the perception that & #39;lighter is better& #39; is real.
(b) Fancy grade IS more expensive, rarely available in supermarkets here, and...
