JUST IN: Justice Minister #DelroyChuck has issued an unreserved apology for lack of sensitivity displayed during discussion on issue of sexual harrassment.

Minister Chuck says he recognizes the courage of victims who speak out & he understands concerns raised about his remarks.

Minister Chuck noted that during the same committee meeting in which the remarks were made he also called for a culture shift and condemned crass and crude behaviour by some men who are abusers & have respect for women.

Minister Chuck notes that he also called for sexual abusers to be reported and for them to be brought to justice and reminded that they will not get away with their acts of criminality.
