how to: quarantine spa day
✧ when your body does so much for you, why not do a little for it too
✧ there are an uncountable amount of ways of selfcare to relax and reward your body :)
✧ this thread is all about my essentials of self care, so that you can make your own spa day routine!
✧ set the mood
— the first and the most basic thing about self care is setting your mood for it! let your body relax to fully enjoy the routine
— play some classical music and light some scented candles. change out of your normal clothes into a robe, and remove your makeup
✧ relax your body
— the second step is to relax yourself
— grab a glass of wine (if you’re legal haha) or some hot tea and start moving around to the tunes of the relaxing music!
✧ prepare the set up
— now that you're in the mood, ready and relaxed, its time to prepare the set up
— start of by collecting all the items you'll be using and keep it in one place and start to prep your bath!
✧ start the glowuo
— start off with your face: pluck your facial hair then wash, scrub and do a face mask
— then move on to your body: scrub your entire body, shave your arms and legs, and then shower and wash off. don’t forget to moisturise!
